Welcome to our blog

Thank you for coming to our blog. We hope you find it useful. After all, who wouldn't want to be healthy and happy?

This blog will include the following topics to start with more coming: natural healing including medical marijuana, fitness, Shamanism, traveling cheaply, eating healthy, personal finance, gardening, and feminism. We will not have all topics here on "day one" but we plan to upload topics weekly so hang in there with us. We have day jobs too.

Before we go any further here's who we are:

Nancy McGrath is Registered Nurse and graduated from Simmons College in Boston. She has worked in various nursing positions in hospitals, nursing homes, and currently at a pediatric doctor's office. She works part-time at our local Whole Foods Market.

She has a life-long interest in healthy living and natural healing. She is a certified Reiki Master Healer and a Shaman. Her training and work as a Shaman has taken her around the world. She is an avid runner with three marathons under her belt.

Bill Fulginiti (the guy typing this) has worked over 35 years in the technology field mostly as a technical writer and manager. I have a life-long interest in saving/investing. I don't run marathons - or even run anymore, but enjoy biking, race walking, and golf.

We are a healthy happy couple and live on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and the West Coast of Florida.
